To customize your box, log in to your account and click on “My iGreenBox”. In this area, you can tell us all we need to know about your household. You can select the number of people, the size of your garbage bags, tell us whether you possess an electric toothbrush, a dishwasher and whether you have any allergies. The price may differ according to your selection.

If your subscription is already ongoing and you want to change the composition of your box, you need to click on “Do not extend after expiry” and order a new box. This way, you will be able to create a new customized box for your household. If you have any issues, don't hesitate to send us an email.

Option 3: For people who qualify for a delivery by our iGreenBox carrier, we will offer to recycle the box for you when we deliver the next box to your doorstep.


The first iGreenBox you will receive depends on the time you subscribed. The month corresponding to the beginning of your subscription is specified at the beginning of your subscription process and in the “My Account” area.

Your iGreenBox will be delivered every two months.

Yes, the renewal of the subscription each two months is automatic, so you won’t have to worry about your next box, even if it is announced out of stock on our site, we have reserved a box for each subscriber!

For bimonthly recurring subscriptions, you can unsubscribe at any time directly on your “My Account” area. Log in to your account and click on “My Account”, then “My Orders” followed by the “Pause my Subscription” button. You have until the last day of the month to pause your subscription before receiving the iGreenBox of the following month. If you pause your subscription after payment has been processed, you will receive the box of that month.

Of course you can! We don’t have a yearly subscription but you can keep your bimonthly recurring subscription running as long as you like. You can pause you subscription at any time.

If you only want to receive one iGreenBox, you can subscribe to a bimonthly subscription and unsubscribe after payment has been made and when you receive your confirmation of payment email. Your subscription will appear to be paused but don’t worry you will receive one box and one box only.


For bimonthly subscriptions, your payment is immediately processed when you order your iGreenBox. Then, your payment will be processed on the same day of your first order every two months.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to pay for a subscription using a Paypal account. However, we are working on other payment methods so if you have suggestions don’t hesitate to share them with us for consideration.

Unfortunately, we do not accept prepaid cards for a bimonthly recurring subscription.

Your invoices are available in your "My Account" area, by clicking on "My Invoices". If you have subscribed for a bimonthly recurring subscription, you will find your invoice at the beginning of every month.

You can modify them yourself by logging in to your “My Account” area and then clicking on “Personal Info”.

If you received an email from us, it means that we have encountered a banking problem, perhaps your Credit Card has expired, or your account was not cleared at the time we attempted the withdrawal. To trigger a new debit, you must change your bank details, or enter the same details again in your "My Account" area, by clicking on "Personal Info".

Don't worry, you have two months to re-enter your new bank details. If your payment has failed for two consecutive months, we will attempt to process your payment a third time. If your payment fails again, you subscription will automatically be paused. If you would like to receive your box again you will have to re-activate your subscription here: provide link to page.

If you have not had the time to update your bank details, you subscription will automatically be cancelled in two months. To receive the box again, you will have to re-activate your subscription here: same link as above.


Simply log in to your account, click on “Personal Info” and you will see the option to modify your delivery and billing address. Please not that you must make any modifications before the end of the month to ensure that they will be taken into account the following month. If not, your next box will be out there all alone, at the wrong address.

iGreenBox is available in the Netherlands, France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

No problem, it happens to the best of us. You can change your delivery address (name, city, address) via your account area, by clicking on "Personal Info", then "Modify" at the bottom of your delivery address and/or billing address. Make sure you make any changes before the end of the month in order for the modifications to be taken into account. If you have any doubts, feel free to send us an email to contact our support team.

The first box may take up to three weeks to arrive from the day you subscribe. Rest assured, delivery of all future boxes will be a lot more regular and will arrive between the 15th and 25th of each month. If you don’t receive anything by the 25th, feel free to send us an email.

Simply log in to your account, click on “Personal Info” and you will see the option to modify your delivery preferences. You can opt for delivery during weekdays during or after working hours or during weekends. If you are in the Netherlands, you may have more options to choose from.

Your iGreenBox will arrive at your house/workplace between the 15th and 25th of the month. If after the 25th, you still have not received your box, we invite you to double check with your concierge, your neighbors or your postman. If there is still no sign of it, don't hesitate to contact our customer happiness team who will be able to sort this out for you.
